At Juwelier Lotz we bought our wedding rings last year. We deliberately decided against a jewelery chain, because I heard from my parents (who bought their wedding rings more than 25 years ago also at Lotz) that Lotz is characterized by quality, good advice and absolute expertise. This is often not the case in the big chains, where mass processing prevails and the customer is more of a number. The selection of rings is very good, there are simple and elaborate models. The advice was perfect, they took a lot of time for us and explained a lot about material and workmanship, which we did not know yet. The production time was absolutely reasonable, the price was very good. We can absolutely recommend Lotz, if you want personal advice, good knowledge and high quality pieces.
