My fiancée and I were there for a consultation today. First of all, it's great that you work with an appointment. We were advised personally by the boss and had him all to ourselves and therefore our peace :-).
With so many rings we were happy to receive competent and detailed advice in every respect - shape, color, material and price. The conversation was also very friendly.
We are also delighted that we can bring the rings over annually to check for scratches and the fit of the stone.
We only want to get married once in a lifetime, otherwise we would say: gladly again. ;-)
We visited this training studio in mid-August and loved it.
