Bought a Michael Kors chronograph here a few days ago. Felt very good and kindly advised! In retrospect there was unfortunately a small problem on the part of the price (article was much cheaper online), I tried my request in the Gelsenkirchen branch, Bahnhofstr. to clarify what was unfortunately not possible, alleged superiors there, was very brisk, cheeky and in no way tried to help me (read everything in my review there). I then contacted the branch in Bochum by telephone and Ms. Kowall took care of my request immediately. She called the Gelsenkirchen branch to solve the problem, which unfortunately did not help, because the "lady" there continued to stand up. Ms. Kowall called me back again, informed me of this and immediately found a solution. She also apologized to me for being "treated like that" as a customer in another branch. Many thanks for your efforts and that the problem was resolved within a few minutes. It is only thanks to you that I remain a Christ customer, but from now on only in your branch in Bochum. Fortunately, there is still reasonably trained, decent, friendly, customer-oriented EXPERT PERSONNEL. Should others cut a slice of it! Thank you Ms. Kowall and your boss! Addendum 10/14/20: I just received a package from Christ (Bochum) with a voucher, as discussed, of the difference and also a bottle of high-quality shower gels from a perfumery. Wow. How incredibly nice, I am speechless, thank you very much, that is not a matter of course and I really appreciate that! And so incredibly fast, Monday clarified by phone, package there on Wednesday.
