Online shipping horrible Since Pandora does not want to publish my review, I will have to rate my store. First of all, the employees are very nice and you get great advice, but since I had to switch to online shipping due to Corona, I would like to be able to rate this without being rejected. I ordered 4 pieces for Christmas, all of which are also very nice, but since I am more than disappointed with the online delivery, I cannot think of positive things to give more stars. The first thing was the package (the value was about 130 €) in the mailbox, Pandora can't do anything for that, BUT ... if I had received it as it was ordered, it would not have fit in the mailbox. 4 individual gifts (was also individually marked as a gift) in just one box (i.e. at Christmas I can only give away items in the small bag or I buy something in addition to be able to give the jewelry away properly (which, by the way, not during Corona times It is child's play and means additional running around). A certificate was not included with any object, as I am used to. How the stamps should work is also a mystery to me, one is not informed about it. I am immensely disappointed and never will order online again .... didn't always want to go that far and have ordered online for this and the Corona reason. NEVER AGAIN! Next time maybe I prefer to buy somewhere else ... I have a second favorite. I would have given 3 stars, but by rejecting my rating, you no longer deserve it.
