Simply recommended! Bought an engagement ring, bought wedding rings, had rings engraved and everyone involved is super friendly and helpful. A huge store. Time is taken for the customer and the prices are more than fair. There was also a little present home for the wedding rings. Class! You are great keep it up, we will come back for life! Your employees are more human than you will find anywhere else!

Me and my fiancé were at Kraemer to have my "new" engagement ring repaired. As I was wearing it, I noticed that I could feel and watch a quirk. The second time I touched it up, I had more quirks and we got to hear it was an object of daily use and it could have happened at the door handle. You have the right to exchange within 30 days with the original receipt. I am very shocked by this way of treating customers.

I bought my wife a diamond ring for 1000 euros and the diamonds fall out of the ring! For me a king's chain made of gold for 1500 euros that falls apart and will not be repaired or replaced by krämer! So I would say if you intend to buy a ring or chain, please not from Krämer in Bochum!

Unfortunately, my experience is not that great. Unfortunately, the service doesn't keep what the shop offers. I had to take my watch in for repair. I had to point something to the lady on the PC because she couldn't send the order off. Which was uncomfortable for me. Then I had to phone afterwards when I could pick up the watch. I had something from my watch for three days because the back wall came off. That song ended. It was sent back with the next sentence. If I'm lucky I'll get something replaced or a new one. That is also the minimum for a watch that costs 400 euros, was my answer. Now 7 weeks have passed again and I seem to have to run after !! If something goes wrong during the repair, okay, but despite the coronavirus you can regulate it so that repairs can be carried out! Or write the customer an email about the current state of affairs. I'm really disappointed
