Never seen anything like that, even one star is still too much for such a bottomless cheek. Because although by prior arrangement the rings that were promised to us were not ordered in the store on the agreed date. When asked why, it was suddenly said that she did not do something, despite the history shown on the saleswoman's cell phone, she remained stubborn and smiled cheekily in your face. We would have left over 600 euros on that day if everything had gone well, but it looks like this company doesn't need that, the way the customers are served there. I work in retail myself, and if I served that way, I'd be out of my job long ago. P. S. I am referring to the branch in Bochum. Maybe the salespeople in other branches are more experienced, more professional and nicer. But it wasn't at all.
