I have had very bad experiences with this law firm. Hardly anyone can be reached and no one is called back. After all this back and forth, I didn't want any further proceedings and asked him to stop everything. Almost 3 years later I received a bill that I should pay as soon as possible. After a few phone calls with his employees, which is why I have to pay, I was cheekily thrown at my head: "You already know that you have to pay for it!" Then I just wanted to talk to him personally and was laughed at because I didn't care if I had to hang on the queue for an hour. In the end, I waited a full 2 ​​minutes and he promised to take care of it and call the next day. It didn't happen, of course, but it was only a few days later. On the phone he promised me that I didn't have to pay anything because they had made a mistake and that he would contact me again when everything was finished. Well, a few weeks later, the payment reminder and the phone calls started all over again. His colleague just said: "You don't have to ask him about bills, he doesn't understand anything about it anyway!" Another statement: "He's rarely in the house, we don't see him for days either." Conclusion about this law firm: Hands off! In my opinion, nobody does a good job there!
