We visited Wolfgang last weekend with a group of 8 guys. On arrival we were warmly welcomed and we felt right at home! The plot and the house are technically suitable for larger groups and extremely well maintained! The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, modern bathroom, the kitchen has everything you need, there are very comfortable beds, the multimedia equipment is up to date and the terrace with barbecue and seating are very inviting! The contact with the hosts could not have gone better, extremely nice, friendly and helpful! We can recommend the house for a stay in Bochum and surroundings only and will be back!

From booking to departure, staying at La Residenza was just perfect. The communication with the host was friendly, courteous and efficient, the house is brand new, high quality and tastefully decorated and tiptop clean. We felt very well and would gladly come back.

Super pension! We (5 people) were in Bochum because of Starlight Express and didn't want to go to a hotel. That's where we found this house. Very nice pension, large property, super modern equipment with a large TV including Sky and very fast WiFi. We also found a very nice kitchen, which, as stated by the landlord, was newly renovated like the whole house. We felt right at home here. The landlords, who live in the other house on the property, were very friendly and kept our privacy. At first we were a little skeptical, as there is only one bathroom, but this also looks like new and was enough for all 5 people. The holiday home can only be recommended and for the luxury and the feeling that you feel at home, the price is really worth it.
