Experienced and good therapists pleasant atmosphere. The first who could help me with my calcified shoulder

Hello everybody, At first impression the practice gives a nice impression. The therapists are really nice and do their job really well - that's why the two stars, otherwise it would be only 0 -. The receptionist, however, could use again a training in dealing with customers. After the first conflicts, one has to say, one is treated as a client very modest. To my confession, I actually missed an appointment. I was kindly informed. Then I received the call that my next two appointments would have to be canceled due to illness. At the second appointment, however, I received the call two days later, I would have missed it, and I removed it from my calendar. I do not do that without reason. Then I was told that you have to cancel all my appointments, it would be so much to do that every appointment was immediately gone and for me unfortunately no dates are available. I had two appointments. Something a pity, so I can not recommend the practice after such happenings. Greetings Martin Kott
