I've only ever had good experiences with the practice. All super friendly. The applications always helped a lot and every time I left the practice like a new person.

First of all, I would like to explain why it was important to me to write a review ... I was treated incorrectly for years and now thanks to Kathrin Gerhardt there is finally a diagnosis !!! I ended up there by chance, as my sister had already had such great experience with this practice. I can really praise the professional and human treatment of the patients. Not only the bare essentials for the patient are done here, but also each individual patient is dealt with individually. For me, the whole thing meant that my entire diagnosis was steered in a different direction and I can FINALLY be helped! I will continue to drive from Mülheim to Bochum, this way is definitely worth it!

Great treatment I would be competently, personable and helpful. I can only recommend. Sure you have a waiting time, but with the great therapists it's no wonder

Very disappointed! I forgot my last appointment, absolutely my fault. But the first time they would not charge any costs out of goodwill. Today I come an extra 10 minutes earlier, when I am told that the appointment was 20 minutes ago. I made an appointment by phone and it was on my calendar half an hour later. But you didn't want to know anything about that. I had been given the dates again in writing. I didn't check it again. Today the appointment could not take place and from the last time I am not allowed to make up for it. After only 2 applications, I am still in pain today, then comes the cost-of-living loss calculation. Really very nice ☹️
