My choice for this physio practice fell because of the appealing website; but then I did not fully feel that this was the case. In addition, the older lady who occupied the front desk in the entrance area, partly not very friendly, satisfied or perhaps overwhelmed ... For people with sensitiveness may not necessarily customer-oriented. Also, I found some organizational process not really accordingly. Quite different are the treatments, which were good, friendly with the assigned therapist ... & man (s) is also trying to help according to the available options. Unfortunately, * the system * leaves little scope for the 'physio teams' in terms of rigid treatment timing, but it gives it a pleasant experience, as in other practices ... and what can also be reflected positively in a different personal patient , Maybe that could still be a thought-over thought approach ...
