The whole concept is pretty perfect: secure package delivery, that can be retreived at any convenient time. I pick this particular Packstation over a closer one because it makes me take a nice evening walk.

The packing station itself is a good facility. If DHL could handle that, FAST would be perfect. Unless one wants to refuse to accept a shipment. Then it will be problematic and DHL is NOT to HELP. Deliveries with DHL EXPRESS do not seem to be intended. Of 3 DHL EXPRESS shipments, three did not arrive. All 3 landed in Dortmund in any SERVICE POINT. Apparently one does not know the own packing stations with DHL EXPRESS. Even if you have programs in the subject lets (assumption refused) because they are to be sent back to the sender, there are problems. As long as this program is in the tray, the same m TAN is always sent on the next programs. When the next parcel arrives and is picked up with this TAN, the UNPACKED parcel will also be reported to the sender as ADDED. And that you have not removed the package, YES, YOU CAN NOT PROVE.
