The post office is the worst in all of Bochum. Do not understand how DHL etc can allow such incompetence. Just amazing ...

Highly anti-social worker greets me with the words: "Actually, I haven't opened yet, young man" (sic!), Shop open, lights on, no opening times visible anywhere. A disparaging insult on a personal basis from such a person, I will never bring money here again, no matter in what way.

This post office is simply an imposition! If you, as the supplier of parcels, letters and parcels, do not make yourself known beforehand which dimensions and weights apply to a package, you will be ripped off. For example, Maxi letters can be billed as a parcel. In return, a normal package should be sent as an S-package because the lady only looked at the weight and did not realize that the dimensions exceeded the format of the S-package. And so it goes on cheerfully ...... Dear Deutsche Post, just train your people, even if they only work for you in lottery points and newsagents! A minimum level of qualification can also be expected there .....!
