The worst DhL load in my area! They are all pretty lazy and rude! You just throw this little piece of paper in your mailbox even when you're at home! Then I have to walk there for 20 minutes to pick up my package and they are not unfriendly either! Bad relation! We need a new DhL store near Ruhr University!

I understand service differently! After my husband didn't want to go there, I had to go again and I'm just as disappointed. My package was supposedly not there yet, although the DHL app said something completely different. Didn't interest the lady at all and didn't want to look up either. I should just come back the next day. Can you believe that ??? Never again!!!

Unfriendliness is very important here! The man who was there at the beginning is really great and then I was happy to be a customer, but now there is a younger woman working there who is so unfriendly and unhelpful that I would rather drive 2km to the DHL shop, although I live just around the corner! Disgusting behavior!
