A great service, the staff are always friendly and helpful, take their time if you have any questions! I buy my cigarettes there, often hand over packages ... I get empty cartons, so I do not always have to buy new packaging (which is not cheap). Also for a personal word is often time, what you do not have everywhere. My dog is always welcome! For my postal business, the small colorful shop is my contact point in Weitmar. Keep it up, you are great!

Disastrously unreliable. Picking up shipments is an adventure, there is a 50:50 chance that the shipment will be found straight away. Shipments like to disappear completely, my last package has been there for 25 hours without being sent (DHL package tracking

For the umpteenth time I was served very rude, customer orientation is unfortunately a foreign word in this store! One time a consignment is accepted, the other time not. It is not only the customer, but also the poor employees of the older woman with glasses and Bobfrisur at the post office counter stupid. NO THANKS, you do not have !!!!

Today I tried to pick up a package there, which unfortunately could not be delivered to my packing station. Before that, I checked Google Maps briefly to see which store the shipment was in, and lo and behold, said store has my shipment. I drive there and the completely unorganized employees cannot find my shipment and take this for granted. So just like I read it here. I am stunned ... please DHL withdraws their authorization as a drop off point
