After we discovered that our flat roof was leaking, we called Jakob on the weekend. After a short telephone consultation, we were offered an appointment on the next working day, as that way the costs were significantly lower for us and the emergency service was not necessarily necessary for our damage. Very fair gesture! Thank you again.

Again we had to consult our new roofer, this time for new roof windows. That was the third assignment, and again it was true: the work was completed on schedule and very neatly to the fullest satisfaction. Even in February, after storm damage at the weekend, the Jakob company was there for us and promptly helped in an emergency! It doesn't get any better!
