Partly inconsiderate planning, part incorrect work. Not answering the phone. No decrease. Unfortunately I paid almost the entire amount. He probably calculated the remaining amount with the offer. Didn't finish the job. Does not respond to calls or cover letters. A very unprofessional and impossible behavior for a company.
