I've called Hackert every day for the past few days and each time I was told that I would be called back 100% the next day. So it went 3 days in a row ... Now I have been waiting for another 2 days for a callback that will definitely not come ...

I can't recommend it.
I have only been living in a rented apartment from society for two weeks, but so far everything has worked out very well. Necessary repairs were quickly ordered and reports were honestly made about what I cannot expect.
The only critical point so far: When viewing two apartments in the house, the landlord himself did not know that the apartments were not identical, although this was already evident in the pictures from the real estate portal.
