At the end of 2017, we commissioned Dachdeckerei Henkel in Bochum to cover our window outer frames. Then an employee (master?) Of the company came to us and made an offer for us. So far so good. After the work was done, I already felt the strange execution. I'm not petty, but it did not look professional. But since it should be functional, I thought so well. Now after 1 1/2 years, the bonds from the soffits and solve it unsightly. After a short conversation, the employee (Master?) Came back to us with the conclusion: We can not do anything, our house would have been crooked. Unfortunately, I was not there at this time. Now I wonder why the employee (Master?) Had accepted the job when he obviously was not able to do the job. It was not cheap at all for that. I've been working for 15 years as a master in another industry and not everything is perfect. But to disgrace someone so disrespectfully, I would be ashamed of that.
