Dear Mr. Hahn, a large number of telephone calls and the request to call you back have unfortunately not resulted in success, then just this way. We are very pleased that your company has a good order book! But please explain to me - if you would like - why your employees poach my staff on our construction sites ??? In my opinion, this is not appropriate because we too want to carry out our orders. Dear Mr. Hahn, thank you for your answer below.
