Penny is probably the worst supermarket in Germany. They are also out of stock (fruits and vegetables specially). They rarely have deals and the variety is very limited compared to Rewe and Kaufland. The only reason I go to penny is because its only 50 m from my apartment 🤐

One of these Penny Supermarkets. Not better or worse than the others. Cheap, lots of very affordable own brands. Pro tip: The house brand gin, 0.5l black bottle is pretty decent for the price.
