Lots of different options for trails but I recommend the whole route all the way around to the castel and back. Super beautiful.
Great hiking trails. Some paths were difficult trails that lead upwards at a 7% climb. The Castle and church are closed during the holidays but were nice to look at. We started out of Schlob-Oberstein where there's a parking garage and a town with a few places to eat. You will have to climb alot of steps to get on the hiking trails.
