For the car dealership Assoll you can only give a 5-star rating.
Great service, extremely friendly - you really feel at home here. Everything just fits. In the future we will convert all of our 9 commercial vehicles to the Assoll dealership!
A water pipe was ordered for my Peugeot, although I did not expect so much incompetence.
1st error: Wrong part delivered (can happen because the part was ordered through a description)
2. Error: Wrong part delivered, although I was on site WITH the defective part (incomprehensible & not acceptable)
3rd error: I should be contacted when the correct part was delivered (on Saturday), that did not happen so I had to go there on my own on Monday
4. Wrong invoice so that I had to pay around 80 € more, but the amount was reimbursed after comment
Ultimately, I was there for more than 10 days without an operable car! Also not sufficient goodwill for such cases. Unfortunately, I'm used to other things. Better online next time!
