O stars would be better. I am waiting for an appointment for 5 weeks. The problem was discussed in detail with an employee over the phone. As soon as I am on site to hand in my vehicle, I am told that, contrary to what has been agreed on the phone, they are already asking for money for any analysis of my problem. Even after repairs, it is not certain that it will work again without any problems. Bravo. 5 weeks passed. With two vehicles driven to great rough. For nothing at all. I do not wish anyone such a business or such an employee. However, thanks to the colleague who gave me the information on the spot.

I went there from Hamburg to have a battery and BMS installed for 3500EUR. Battery inserted, the old boxes not properly locked, a heavy jack packed loosely to the battery and, last but not least, no BMS installed, because suddenly no longer in stock, although ordered by me. As a top I couldn't even pay the bill with a credit card. EC and cash only. Something like this could also be communicated beforehand, but at the latest when the vehicle is returned, so that there are no long faces when it is picked up.

I can only say perfect service. Subsequent installation of a diesel heater in addition to the gas heating done quickly and competently. By telephone, the task described and as discussed was also installed on schedule. First enough time to discuss everything and then acceptance by the boss. A top address and a real recommendation.
