One too many - NEVER AGAIN! Good advice at first, but after 2 years it becomes one of the most negative experiences. The Husqvarna robotic lawnmower was out of warranty and needed a new battery. My friend calls and as a precaution asks if the guarantee has actually expired. You will get the offer, if you bring the robotic lawnmower past, you will check it briefly at Husqvarna, because there was a delay in delivery due to a defective casing and maybe the guarantee still exists. A few days later, the information follows by phone that the robotic lawnmower would be out of warranty for two weeks. Since we had previously bought the battery somewhere else and can also change it ourselves, my girlfriend just wanted to pick up the robotic lawnmower again. Then came the information that she should pay 120 EUR (!) For the exam (?) - was never part of the original offer. Let alone the review of the guarantee even suggests such an amount. Because the battery was diagnosed in advance by the robotic lawnmower. That was clearly said on the phone, no response. Now comes the terrifying end: my friend drives to the Friedmann shop and wants to pick up the robotic lawnmower. Then the owner comes and drives to my girlfriend, who would throw her out of the shop. So there is also a threat of violence. Unfortunately I wasn't there, otherwise I would have definitely called the police. My girlfriend was under such pressure and then suited the owner to 60 EUR. Unfortunately too much. We will never recommend this business again. Such proletarians who threaten women with violence - I can't think of anything else. Not to mention the rip off. Unfortunately there are no 0 stars to choose from ... I will also send information to Husqvarna.
