I like to go shopping there. Nice employees and good advice. Parking right in front of the entrance.
Everything okay.
Unfortunately you have to wait forever at the photo station if you have any questions. Then I didn't get a correct answer to my question and was left alone again. So I couldn't print any pictures ... what a shame.
We would like to give no stars, it is no longer worth it to us for this DM branch!
My husband went shopping there today and was again treated unfriendly by the staff.
Today (in the eyes of the employees) he had the cheek to ask if he could have a second pack of toilet paper, since we also go shopping for our older neighbor.
The saleswoman then gave him the snappy answer, "everyone says that to me"!
He just asked and didn't insist.
This arrogant answer has definitely made the barrel overflow!
The current situation is not easy for all of us, but you can still expect respectful treatment !!!
It may be that there are still people who want two packs, but are lying to themselves and therefore because of the employees.
However, this is by no means a reason to give every customer suspicious and, in addition, shameless answers!
A "that is unfortunately not possible" was apparently too much to ask.
Unfortunately we had several negative experiences with the employees in this DM branch in the past years.
Not just us, but also some people from our friends and acquaintances
We will buy from Müller Drogerie in the future.
A big decent market with everything you want to buy at dm. Parking in front of the door. Optimal.
Just good, what can you say. Nice staff, good goods. Simply great
