Goods ordered on January 2nd, 2021 (2 premium down comforters), the delivery time should only be 1-3 working days. Since 04.01.2021, according to the shipment tracking, the shipment has been at the status that the delivery was announced electronically. It has remained so until now. I wrote to the dealer on January 8th, 2021, after more than 24 hours still no response, that's not good service! I am now waiting 3 days for a plausible explanation from the dealer. If I do not receive an answer, I am making use of my right of withdrawal. I will not buy any more goods from this dealer !!!
I was very surprised by the very good advice on the phone about duvet 6214, ordered the duvet on Friday morning and it was delivered on Saturday. The quality of the duvet is very good and it also keeps you warm in a cool bedroom. Thank you very much, greetings from Frankfurt.
