After consultation and many promises, it was over. No response to emails and contact attempts. Not recommendable!
We have had the kitchen remodel in our house planned and executed. From the planning on the timing and the quality of execution, everything worked out great. We were particularly pleased about the compliance with our cost specification. With the friendly staff and the nice bosses it was great fun to follow the history of our kitchen.
Can just be recommended!
Ideas and planning were satisfactory and the implementation in the kitchen was orderly, but the implementation in the bathroom at important points was unfortunately poor. Manufacturers are not named after several requests for information. Claims for recourse are ignored, despite confirmed judicial opinion. Errors were later admitted, but no apology or correction to date - was blamed on the shortage of skilled workers.
I am deeply disappointed and angry how I am treated here as a customer. I paid a very high amount. To date, I have received no apology, compensation or information. Due to my criticism, my entitlement to free service was withdrawn. Deadlines and inquiries are simply ignored. I had to get a lawyer to help me.
One of the best addresses in northern Bavaria!
We have completely refurbished our house conversion from the Fa. Lebensraum. The planning was highly professional and very well thought out. We were able to preview everything in 3d and adjust it as desired. The entire execution of the work was done quickly and in very high quality. We had only one contact who took care of everything quickly and conscientiously.
There is only full score here.
Great studio. Advice and planning and above all the wealth of ideas at its best. The bathroom with the floor-level shower made of natural stone is already finished. It's just great.
I hope the kitchen you ordered will be just as good.
