Constant change of staff, felt like new staff every six months. You don't really feel like having a kitchen planned or buying one. When you ask you only get scant information, and the lady’s phone call was more important than serving us. We ordered our dream kitchen elsewhere and they were happy to sell a kitchen for just under 15,000 euros

We were at the "BIG KITCHEN SPECIAL SALES" the only thing that was BIG, were the exaggerated or grandiose prices. They wanted to tell us that there are dealer conditions, but we already had a price from another kitchen studio that was about 2000 euros cheaper. The pressure from the seller is generated on the customer so that he strikes quickly, because there is only a small offer available :-). Anyone who believes in these fairy tales also believes in Santa Claus. It is better to have a counter offer made, because I can process ..... myself. Too bad about the time

Not recommended. Employees don't really feel like it. We didn't get any specific answers to questions, we've been waiting a few days for the information about a Bora extractor hob. Dear saleswoman, if you are reading this, I don't need any further information from you. The küchehaus stark from lichtenfels was able to answer my questions. I ask you to delete my name and telephone number for reasons of data protection.

I can only say good things about kitchen alliance. From advice to planning to installation, everything is tip top. The guys from the installation team worked quickly and very cleanly, really highly recommended. Would buy a kitchen there again anytime 😊 Many thanks to Mr. Schönefeld and his team
