Incapable boss without service mindset! He's the boss, but doesn't know his own car wash. Is afraid to put it into operation when he's there. And therefore: Caution! The washing facility opening times do not match the petrol station opening times but are at the discretion of the boss. Then had to take a detour to Kulmbach. Was happy to be a customer, but there are plenty of other petrol stations. The old rule applies: if you want cheap, you pay twice. In that case drives twice. Never again!
