Cakes were delicious but staff not friendly and definitely NOT child friendly. My daughter was scolded for breathing on the glass (just standing there - not intentionally steaming it up). Then I later went in to ask for an additional fork and she seemed very put out (no other customers around either). Great cakes though....

Interesting! The hot chocolate drink comes as hot milk and chocolate flakes separately so you have to add them. No real problem but unusual. First rate strudel though
