It was about a phone order in which I had ordered a trailer for € 65. I was supplied with a trailer that was too small and not in accordance with the agreements. I then sent the order back. The owner agreed that a reversal or you would give me the money back. After an eternal back and forth, she sent me a voucher, for which I had no use and therefore hoped in vain for repayment. (I was only in Idar Oberstein as a tourist) Who would go back there to be forced to spend even more money at such a shop?
So, you feel cheated.
Unfortunately without success. She didn't transfer the money back, despite your promise to do so. Further attempts at contact were neglected.
Very disinfectant! Nice jewelry, but miserable customer service.
