We have been in this practice for 3 years with our 4 cats. We have been looking for a very good veterinary practice for a long time and have arrived! Here the well-being of your animal comes first. The vets are very friendly, competent and empathetic. The same applies to all veterinary assistants. I recommend this practice 100 percent. My 4 velvet paws like to join my recommendation.

First contact took place via the emergency service. Friendly, competent and detailed advice. If there was a new problem a few days later, we immediately received an appointment, an immediate examination and further treatment with virtually no waiting time. Follow-up care by telephone took place naturally for several days (on the part of the practice). Unnecessary introduction of the animal was avoided. Veterinarians with a team are always helpful, friendly, competent and try very hard. We feel medically and humanly / animal well looked after!

Yes, I am well aware that you do not have my name in your card index. This is due to the fact that they state that they are on emergency duty until 10 p.m., but then you will be turned away and this already in the afternoon at 4 p.m.! If you drive past the practice on the way to the clinic (1.5 hours) you will notice that everything is dark there. Sorry, but then you do not have to state that you are doing emergency service .... Sad for all the serious TA colleagues who are really there on the emergency service for all emergency patients, including theirs!
