Even one star is too much. I complained about the employee who insulted me on a national basis. Since nobody complained until now, nothing happened. Even more, they don't belive. Now you have it - a first complaint. I asked for an apology, but since your employee is lying and doesn't want to apologize, I am writing this review. I don't have anything from it, but hopefully it will help someone in future.

Tax assessment is always correct, but waiting times for the assessment are often far too long!

Shocked by the tone on site (05.11.2020 12:05 office 5). In the entrance area, the receptionist ordered the completion of the Covid-19 self-assessment. When we arrived at office 5, the employee there checked this slip and made me aware of a mistake. In my opinion, there was no clear, unmistakable instruction from the receptionist, but the tax office employee only declared me to be responsible for this faux pas and in a tone that I have never experienced in an office. The rest of the consultation was very uncomfortable. I have never changed my tax class and accordingly had questions about it. My questions were answered short of breath and condescendingly, as if I should know. Misunderstandings inevitable. A small mistake while filling out a form was rubbed on my face again. Completely unnecessary, you can explain that in a normal, halfway friendly tone without attacking anyone. In order to loosen up the conversation, I offered to clarify the misunderstanding with the receptionist. This was rejected by her "she does it herself". So there is obviously a need for coordination here. Hopefully never again ...

I was always helped well. Whether personally on site in the service area or on the phone e.g. because of the elster program.

Alos I have to be honest I have never had any problems with the tax office in Rosenheim. Everything was processed quickly every time. But this time I was treated so impossible, of course that is also different from clerk to clerk. My clerk has changed. I am a student and have always submitted my documents for the past two years because they always wanted to have them forwarded. I get a letter and it says I should submit the evidence. I called and was first received by my clerk, if I may say so. I was told there is nothing that cannot be at all. Everything was relocated and then we simply wrote that we didn't have anything like that at all. I still searched everything together and sent it again. After a few weeks I call again and I am told: "I haven't started yet" Of course, not all clerks are like that, but some should work on their social incompotence.
