Everything was fine with the service and also the laundry. The kids loved it and the car was clean. Only the price signage could be a little more transparent or a little further ahead.

I came out of the system with damage to the fender molding and showed it to the staff and the boss. The bar was still standing and is scarred from where it stands. Complaint handling catastrophic. The scratches were said to have been there beforehand, no typical washing machine damage, etc. Now I'm curious if they can score points with the further claims processing.
