Rossmann simply has the best selection! From stationery to beauty products, it's my favorite drug store. One point deduction only because you can't park intelligently there. It's a bit annoying.

Partly incompetent staff. Wanted to print photos, but the paper was empty. The seller said she couldn't help me because of Corona (!?). The employee apologized for her behavior. But unfortunately the shop assistant is also in short supply, you are lucky if you find one ...

Impudence, bought a prepaid card with cash code. (Rossmannmobil) If I wanted to activate the card, I would have to do that before I can start the activation approve a direct debit or direct debit. Then another call and says I should call Rossmanmobil and give me the number 0172/222 30 30 Okay. Call this number is not assigned, but great is still on the rossmann-mobil.de page. Well, that’s it, there’s a lot wrong. It was only about € 15, but I wouldn’t buy anything anymore, they’re not responsible for what you sell and they don’t know goodwill.
