Appointment and timely get. Start on the appointment day was a bit bumpy in terms of communication where the problem was with my existing system. However, the review then went quickly, mistakes were found and now I can enjoy the sound again with a new subwoofer. Now that the sub has arrived, it's even more fun. Thank you guys...
