Naramis is for us the best POS software currently on the market. It offers everything you need and is more than thoughtful. We had the Inca 400 before it's no comparison. Currently we have 3x Orderman cash registers, 5 x Orderman 7 with belt printer in use. Two kitchen monitors and the cellar call system will be used next week. Uwe Rahn and his team always have an open ear when it comes to questions or special attitudes. When we decided on the cash register software from Naramis, Mr. Rahn came to us on a Sunday and showed us the whole system. You can not expect more than service. The new POS system would be neatly built in, programmed and all staff were told everything in 2 hours. A conversion was completely without problems. All employees come immediately with the cash register and the Ordeman clear without perpetual training. The nice thing about the system is that you can always expand it to your liking. With us, the voucher management was booked and online sales query. There are always new updates that bring many improvements or new features. That's what makes Naramis different from other systems. Most systems are never updated or improved. Naramis accepts suggestions even if you have improvements that are then reviewed by the programmers and eventually implemented. Many thanks to the team of Uwe Rahn who are always at our side.
