The team at co.Tec GmbH is very helpful and friendly. I had a question and received answers quickly and my requests were addressed! The installation of the programs was straightforward.

The registration for purchased products proves to be highly complicated and the support or help options offered are completely inadequate. The validation number is not clearly recognizable: "Serial number / validation key: or: Username: ..." Which of these is what? After 1.5 hours I was able to register. Otherwise quite cheap.

Although you get an answer pretty quickly, the supporters have no idea how to deal with customers. They are instructive in a support answer and make fun of it via email. That does not work like this! Either the employees are not properly trained or they are frustrated, but that's not how you deal with customers. I had several bad experiences!

The first choice for students, software teachers and teachers. Very friendly and motivated team. A very social company and TOP employer. Here you still care about each other. CoTec has driven many digital educational innovations. Unfortunately, this has not yet been recognized in Rosenheim and does not take advantage of many of the benefits that CoTec would offer the educational landscape in Rosenheim. Other cities, states and countries have been using these benefits intensively for many years and are reaping the benefits.
