We went to Mr. Thiele in the summer of 2020 regarding travel cancellation. The situation was quite complex, the prospects for a fair refund were rather modest. In the goal-oriented conversation with the lawyer, we liked his rather "defensive" assessment of our chances of success. This is definitely not a lawyer who promises the blue of the sky. On the basis of a competent case analysis, for which he took a few days - and this is to be understood as praise - Mr. Thiele then submitted his claims to the travel agency involved. All of this was done in a very transparent way, and questions on our part were answered both competently and patiently. The result exceeded our expectations by far, both in terms of the response time of the defendant travel agency and in terms of the amount of the refund. Thank God and Mr. Thiele! - Conclusion: It couldn't have gone better. We can unreservedly recommend Mr. Thiele.

Super nice telephone advice from Mr. Thiele, you were always kept up to date. Fortunately, after a consultation and a few e-mails, the matter was dealt with on our own, but we would certainly have been in good hands with a lawsuit! I hope that I won't need a lawyer anytime soon, but I would be happy to do so anytime!

Mr. Thiele dealt very quickly and professionally with our concerns in the field of travel law in Corona times. He dealt exactly with our problem and was able to reach an out-of-court agreement with the travel agency within a very short time. Mr. Thiele always informed us of all the innovations in our case very promptly. We felt very well advised and didn't have to worry about anything after the order was placed. We were reimbursed the full travel price including legal fees and can therefore recommend Mr. Thiele and his law firm.
