Ralph Keppeler has already kindly and attentively taken the time for my request (examining the apartment rental contract) during the initial meeting. His first response came on the phone the next morning after my request the night before. He pointed out relevant stumbling blocks that might not have been easy for laypersons to answer, answered my detailed questions well and understandably and showed options on how to deal with somewhat difficult contractual clauses in the future in the event of potential disputes. I feel well informed and found the conversation to be extremely respectful and courteous. I will be happy to recommend him.
