I was at the mosque school at the mosque some years ago. In my opinion, just bad. The "teachers" drank chai in class and rarely did their job as teachers. Moreover, they speak either very broken and incomprehensible or no German. Even though I'm Turkish myself, at a school in Germany, one can expect that the teachers speak at least enough German to bring the lesson closer to the students, because not every student was Turkish. But that does not matter, because there is no fabric! Everything you learn here as a beginner is the Arabic alphabet. And not even by the teachers, but by older students. So please. In the 7th grade, I learned more about faith in ethics classes than here. I was not taught anything about the 5 pillars of Islam or the story of the Prophet Muhammad, which would have been the least! I just find it cruel and disappointing how you present your religion. So you do not create a good impression! If I had brought positive experiences from this school, maybe today I would be a devout Muslim. But just as I experienced Islam in this school and mosque, I have found absolutely no belief in Islam. I'm sorry, but if you're looking for a good Koran school here is wrong. The mosque is fine, but in my opinion the building is just not a nice place and the building itself is not exactly a pleasant sight. I would not recommend to anyone.
