Dear Ladies and Gentlemen I couldn't get the appointment. So ... I called. I have a similar profession, but I certainly do not speak in that tone and rude manner to my patients. Stress, corona time and things like that I can understand and that I have to call 24 hours before the appointment to postpone it, but what happened to me was what I couldn't plan. Physiotherapists are professional and I have absolutely no complaints.

I want to join the bad criticism. The woman is very unsuitable as a physiotherapist and should not treat patients. The complaints got worse rather than better. I also switched to another location and a much better therapist. Now I'm very happy.

Correction / explanation Franz Schick, Stephanskirchen / therapy center Stollstrasse in Rosenheim By chance, on August 6, 2017, I learned that someone had given a negative review of the Stollstrasse therapy center on my behalf. I have never been a patient in this therapy center and I do not understand why my name is misused to harm the therapy center and its employees. However, one hears of such incidents every day, in which people, companies and practices are defamed online. This can have economic or private reasons. I will have this matter prosecuted to prevent my name from being misused. A competent person explained to me that one can and will investigate the culprit. I have informed the management of the therapy center Stollstrasse about the matter and made it clear that I will clarify this matter.

My mother Renate Scheffert (87 years old) went to the Stollstrasse therapy center for treatment several times. My mother's appointment requests were immediately taken into account and implemented. She relies on walking aids and was received very friendly, considerate and helpful when the patient was admitted. The treatment by Martina K. was professional and after the second appointment there was a noticeable improvement in mobility. Initial pain has decreased from treatment to treatment. My mother also told me that Ms K. gave her helpful tips and suggestions during the therapy to alleviate the symptoms. The atmosphere was very relaxed. In the past, my mother has had many negative experiences with therapists from other practices. We can warmly recommend the therapy center Stollstrasse and also the therapist.
