Behandlung war gut mit nur 2 von 4 Therapeuten. Aber was mich am meisten gestört hat war der Empfang (Termine vereinbaren, Abrechnungen, usw.) - Kommunikation war schlecht [Response to Corona's comment below] I was supposed to have 6 sessions. I booked the first 4. Then there were Christmas holidays and I was out of town. I returned to book 2 more. After my 5th session, I received a call saying that because there had been a 4 week gap, my last 2 sessions would be scratched, however since I had already had the 5th, that one would be "on them". So I lost my 6th session. No one told me that a time gap between appointments would cause me to loose the last ones. Then there was no apology, and they tried to make it seem like I got a "free session" with the 5th appointment.

Pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, practice furnished with a lot of love. All therapists who have treated me or my husband so far are very competent and friendly. Unfortunately, it doesn't work so well with everyone at reception, even if you try to get it back it is still annoying. The parking situation is good, you usually get a space.

As a patient advanced in old age, I got to know five different practices for physiotherapy in the past few years. I stayed at the Corona practice. The reason: a wide range of treatment areas, competent staff dedicated to the patient, sufficient treatment rooms available so that after the treatment you are not immediately "thrown" from the couch to make room for the next one.

The practice accepts more patients than it can process. Be careful when receiving. Several women work here. When a miscommunication happens, you can no longer tell who it was. 3 appointments were also canceled for me. One was canceled an hour before the appointment. The other two have expired because the practice was overcrowded and I couldn't be given an appointment for over 2.5 weeks. The prescription was non-transferable and I had the damage. I was promised a call back to clarify the situation. But this never came. Unprofessional and rip off

Competent therapists, however, unfriendly receptionists, communication and scheduling imprecise and incorrect. I have been a patient for years, but I will not go there in the future.
