We gave my mother and her boyfriend a weekend trip to Prague for their birthday! Unfortunately, the friend came to the hospital 2 weeks before the start of the trip and died there! When I announced this on time by phone, I was told that there was nothing they could do for me, the seats were booked, there was nothing to move or anything else! After a long back and forth I was offered a refund of € 150, which has so far not been received! Apart from that, I didn't want this anyway, because it cost a lot more and a cancellation fee for such a company did not come in this amount! The staff were annoyed and snappy! Own you would have to apologize for someone who died! An absolute no go I hope you make this money happy! Never again! An absolute cheek!
