Very impolite !! The employees have no idea what they are doing, every time a drama ... I forgot my monthly pass and had to show it + pay € 7 You actually think that this is not a problem, but the employees of the travel center just cheer you on and take an eternity for everything. Was stupidly addressed because I said that my ticket is not a student ticket and therefore I do not need an authorization card ... I was not believed, instead I was accused for 15 minutes that my ticket was not valid and that I had been driving illegally every day for 4 months When she carefully read the ticket after 15 minutes of discussion, I was just turned on again
