Super service
The best travel agency that exists is reinventing travel
Despite several inquiries and telephone calls, I received no confirmation of my booked trip for weeks. After 5 weeks then the info that the trip was not confirmed.
Unconvincing reasons and reassurances, no effort to find an alternative trip despite many concessions ... in the end I had to pay 50% more, because almost everything was fully booked.
I then booked over the internet and experienced much more motivated people.
So far I have been a convinced book about travel agents - that's different now. I can only wonder ...
Despite repeated inquiries no return information - very disappointing :-(
Individual diving trips at a fair price.
Whether Costa Rica and Cocos Island, "Hai 5" from Durban to Mozambique, or a training week in Safaga, we were always fully satisfied.
