We have been going to this practice for a very long time, regardless of whether our deceased sweetheart Stone & Zeus or now with our kittens, sometimes with very different problems / illnesses: everything was and is always tried, never given up, even saying goodbye was very much much sympathy accompanied. Each treatment was explained in detail. Every animal is perceived as an individual. The costs are also always made transparent. I have already recommended this practice several times! Better vets or a better team can not be found for your pet! Thanks!!!

It was my first time in this practice with my two kittens after I was not satisfied with the previous practice. It is important to me that the team is not only nice, but above all that my animals are treated competently. Kindness alone does not help beloved animals when they are sick. I was allowed to come by the same day I called. I was allowed into the treatment room (with a face mask and distance, of course), I was listened attentively, the kittens were examined both thoroughly and gently and I was offered a treatment recommendation + alternative. I was comprehensibly explained why the doctor prefers one treatment to the other. Nevertheless, I was ultimately allowed to make my own decision, and my decision was accepted without grumbling or discussion, even if it deviated from the recommendation. So far I am very satisfied and will continue to stay in this practice. Thanks to the team! Also from Lina & Fiona :)

Our dog is not easy, our former veterinarian was not really clear to him - that's why we changed the vet and are very satisfied. They treat our Baloo so lovingly and are very considerate. No other vet sees us anymore 😁😁
