Sorry, but unfortunately I cannot recommend Mr Krieger ... on the contrary. I had given Mr.Krieger the mandate for the long overdue enforcement of the interests and rights of me and my six-year-old son in a case in which the child's mother had been arbitrarily blocking contact with everyone for far too long (or with the support of the district youth welfare office) has pulled through.
In the beginning, Mr Krieger was a very good listener in this procedure and was somewhat interested in my concerns. In the course of the proceedings, however, it turns out that he was rather unreliable, self-righteous, arrogant, opinionated, soothing, comfortable and unmotivated towards me, and he reacted surprisingly annoyed and sensitive to questions and requests from me.
In addition, he advised me negligently and, ultimately, wrongly in not insignificant parts of the proceedings - and unfortunately ultimately did more harm than good to me and my son.
We were very happy that Mr. Krieger was by our side and represented us so well.
One hopes that one never needs an RA, but if this is the right place for you.
