The shop has a very nice large selection and a good assortment, but I like to go somewhere when you are greeted nicely and someone asks if they can help. Conclusion ... conceited saleswomen who are busy with themselves do not necessarily attract customers ...

Super super super! Ordered a Weber electric grill online - fast delivery. At the first start-up, however, the FI flew out after 15 minutes - all without power. Further attempts to start also failed…. Contacted Mr. Grimm directly: first sent me a new heating element. It wasn't ... FI flew again! Mr. Grimm immediately sent me the temperature control unit again. That was the defective part. Already grilled 2 times without any problems - great device of the Weber Q1400. And the service from Mr. Grimm is first class - help immediately! As a small thank you for the anger I had at the beginning, I got a grill apron and can keep the replacement heating element (new). Great service and thank you very much!
